They have arrived!!!

The cute chicken and kangaroo beads from PANDORA have arrived in store.  The chickens have been very popular with most of our first order being sold the first day but don’t worry we have more.  The Kangaroos arrived today and they are very lovable too.

We are all excited here for 2 reasons PANDORA  has shown us what beads are to be released over the coming months
and the Sydney Trade Show is on this week-end so stay tuned to see what we get in. 

I can show you the first 2 beads being released from PANDORA for 2010 they are:
A chicken coming out of it’s egg, from the sterling silver range,
 selling for $30 and will be avaialble in time for Easter.

The second is the long awaited Kangaroo and Joey being released in time for Mother’s Day,
again in the silver range and costing $30, this will be a very popular bead.

officially the first public holiday of the year- after New Years Day, that is
for some it means taking the formal steps to become an Australian citizen
for others its a day of  cricket in the park or just  a day to spend with the family 
although there are many who may have to work

Post Christmas, Christmas Tree

Wow, we are back on deck after having a short but well deserved break over the christmas – New year period and didn’t we all absolutely enjoy every second we had off.  The extended trading hours were certainly a hit - especially with the boys/men – and if you happened to be in the store at any stage in the week leading up to the big day – you will understand how “busy” just doesn’t even start to describe what it was like in here - ’manic’ would be close.
But thank you to everybody for being patient and helpful – some of you even assisted other customers in need with some suggestions and decision making – where else could you go and get that kind of camaraderie in a retail shop??? Community spirit is what we call it…..

The countdown to Christmas has begun, HOME SAVVY will be trading 7 days a week from Saturday 21st November with extended hours during the week as well.

The new trading times for the festive season are:

• Monday to Wednesday 9am to 5.30pm
• Thursday and Friday 9am to 7pm
• Saturday 9am to 4.30pm
• Sunday 9am to 1.30pm

From Monday 21st December to Wednesday 23rd December we will be open from 9am to 8pm and Christmas Eve 8.30am to 3pm.
